Morgan Ramsamy
Country Manager
As of 1 October 2025, Morgan stepped into the role of Country Manager of Ricoh South Africa following the company’s transition to a Business Partner-only model. She is leading the organisation through this strategic transformation, designed to enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and ensure long-term sustainability — while continuing to uphold the high standards customers expect from Ricoh.
Morgan joined Ricoh South Africa as Finance Director on 1 February 2021, overseeing Finance, Service Revenue, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence.
She is a strategic business executive with over 15 years’ experience driving rapid expansion and growth through the development and implementation of financial and operational strategy, acquisitions, and corporate transactions for both national and international companies.
Morgan has held senior leadership roles including Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Chief Internal Auditor, and Chief Risk Officer across Financial Services and Banking, IT Services, Pharmaceuticals, Health Insurance, and Telecommunications. She specialises in leading operational and corporate finance teams to de-risk businesses and improve performance and has led corporate transactions exceeding R3 billion across South Africa and offshore markets.
She brings strong technical expertise in Finance, Risk Management, Taxation, Reserve Bank Regulations, Offshore Structuring, and Corporate Finance, and has extensive experience across Sub-Saharan Africa leading multi-jurisdictional and multi-functional teams.

Andre Hagen
Director of Operations
Andre Hagen is Ricoh’s Director of Operations, responsible for ensuring strategic alignment across the company’s operational functions and providing a platform for smooth service delivery across the organisation.
Having joined Ricoh in 2020, Andre credits the recent consolidation of Ricoh’s offices, warehouses and supply chain warehouse to a state-of-the-art facility in Meadowview, Gauteng, a project that was his sole responsibility, as one of his career highlights to date. It has already delivered substantial cost savings for the company, optimising its processes to attain operational efficiencies in a single location, while reducing its environmental footprint and energy consumption using alternative energy.
Andre believes that working at a global organisation like Ricoh not only gives him an opportunity to reflect on what other international operations are doing to hit their targets from a performance and margin level, but also helps to bring this knowledge home in a South African market context. This alignment of local and international best practices maintains Ricoh’s market leadership in the solutions space.
A qualified chartered accountant, Andre left auditing and moved to commercial operations once he realised that his passion for business would only be found in a real live environment where he could make an active difference. He has since held various positions, from treasury to accounting and financial management roles, and also served a three-year period as Chief Financial Officer.
Having a financial background is the cornerstone of Andre’s operational responsibilities. It creates numerous synergies, providing him with a 360-degree view of the business that ensures every decision he makes takes financial aspects into account. It also allows him to work closely with Ricoh’s financial director, making decision-making and governance approvals more efficient.
Mark Tyldesley
Sales Director
As of 1 October, Mark assumed the role of Sales Director of Ricoh South Africa following the company’s transition to a Business Partner-only model. He is leading sales with Ricoh’s business partners across South Africa through this strategic shift, aiming to enhance service delivery, streamline sales operations, and ensure long-term sustainability within the channel.
Mark Tyldesley is the Head of Indirect Channel Operations at Ricoh South Africa. He is responsible for designing and delivering all business partner sales strategies and activities, driving digital transformation within the indirect channel, and contributing to the strategic management of the company as a senior leader.
Having joined Ricoh in 2007, Mark counts among his highlights the privilege of managing and mentoring many high-performing sales professionals. His achievements include quota clubs, Sales Manager of the Year, Business Development Manager of the Year, playing a key role in the SHARE implementation, and representing Ricoh across various countries.
He considers Ricoh’s continued growth and digital transformation as his main business priorities — driving expansion through both existing and new business partners, while leveraging digital transformation to futureproof the channel.
Mark believes that respect, motivation, informed decision-making, and ownership are central to effective leadership, guided by the principle that what you tolerate becomes the standard. A family man, Mark is happily married with twin daughters and enjoys travelling, exercising, and meeting people.
