A development agreement was entered into whereby Ricoh South Africa will be assisting and supporting Bula Document Solutions, so as to develop and establish Bula Document Solutions as a National Dealer in Ricoh equipment, solutions, and services.
In the terms of the above agreement Bula Document Solutions will be Ricoh South Africa’s preferred Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment business partner on a national basis.
This initiative sees the creation of a Black Owned Enterprise, which has been awarded an initial level 1 Empowerdex Rating. Bula Document Solutions is trading as Gestetner National.
This partnership is significant for both the BULA group, as well as for Ricoh South Africa. Both partners will be able to leverage off of the substantial business presence already established nationally, as well as the reputable brand names of both parties.
Ricoh South Africa is also now able to offer its comprehensive range of document solutions, integrating both hardware and software, through this partnership with the Bula Group.
We have no doubt that this will be a long term relationship, resulting in an empowerment strategy that has both integrity and sustainability.
