The first of three ATP World Tour Masters 1000 tournaments played on clay, The Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters is a player and fan favourite due to its magnificent location and long tradition of champions. In 2010 Rafael Nadal became the first player in the Open era to win a tournament title for six straight years when defeating compatriot Fernando Verdasco 6-0, 6-1.

The ATP World Tour 500 clay-court tournament is one of the most important events in Spanish tennis and on the Barcelona social calendar. ATP World Tour No. 9 Fernando Verdasco defeated Robin Soderling 6-3, 4-6, 6-3 in a high quality title match in 2010, becoming the eighth successive Spanish winner at the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona 1899.

The BMW Open is the first of five German tournaments on the 2011 ATP World Tour calendar, contested in Bavaria’s picturesque capital city of Munich. On his third appearance in the Munich final, Mikhail Youzhny finally laid his hands on the trophy with a hard-fought 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 victory over top seed Marin Cilic, after finishing runner-up in 2007 and 2009.

The UNICEF Open is one of five ATP World Tour events played on grass, and hosts both the men's and women's tours in the week prior to Wimbledon. Sergiy Stakhovsky defeated Serbian Janko Tipsarevic to win the third ATP World Tour title of his career in 2010. The Ukrainian triumphed 6-3, 6-0 in 56 minutes and did not drop a set in five matches.

German Open Tennis Championships - Hamburg, Germany

One of the 11 elite ATP World Tour 500 circuit stops, the tournament is held in the Rothenbaum Tennis Center, seating 13,200 spectators – the largest centre court in Germany. World No. 82 Andrey Golubev became the first player from Kazakhstan to win an ATP World Tour title with a 6-3, 7-5 victory over third seed Jurgen Melzer in the Hamburg final, racing to the title without losing a set.

The If Stockholm Open was first held in 1969 and there have been six different Swedish titlists in the tournament's history - Thomas Johansson was the last home-grown titlist in 2004. Kremlin Cup - Moscow, Russia

Played indoors in Russia's chilly October, the Kremlin Cup became the country's first pro international tennis tournament in 1990. Russian players have dominated the event, winning 14 of the 21 titles, with Yevgeny Kafelnikov winning a record five consecutive titles between 1997 - 2001. World No. 43 Viktor Troicki won his first ATP World Tour title at the third attempt as he came from a set down to defeat Marcos Baghdatis 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 in the final.

Roger Federer, who once served as a ball boy at the Swiss Indoors Basel, fittingly became the first player to win four titles at his hometown tournament in 2010. Switzerland’s leading sport event boasts an impressive list of former champions, including tennis Hall of Famers Bjorn Borg, John McEnroe, Stefan Edberg and Pete Sampras. Federer captured his 65th career tour-level title, taking him to fourth place on the Open Era Singles Titles List.

Federer is the third player in the tournament’s 41-years to win the title five times, joining Ivan Lendl and Pete Sampras.
